Steps for Nurses and Doctors:
1. Registration with NMBI or Medical Council:
■ Nurses: Submit qualifications and experience to the Nursing and
Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
■ Doctors: Register with the Irish Medical Council.
2. Language Requirements:
■ Pass IELTS (7.0 overall) or OET (Grade B in all modules).
3. Critical Skills Employment Permit:
■ Obtain a job offer from an Irish employer and apply through the
Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment.
